Missed Appointments (DNA’s) between April to the end of June.

There have been 134 missed appointments which equates to just over 22.3 hours of wasted clinician time. If you are unable to come to your appointment, please let us know so that we can cancel the appointment and the time is not wasted as it could have been booked by another patient. Please ensure you inform us if you are unable to attend your appointment at least 2/3 hours beforehand to avoid it being listed as a DNA (Did not attend).
