Booking Appointments
Booking a routine appointment can be done by phone on 0115 9224960, online or in person. Urgent appointments and home visits should be requested by phone.
This is available 24 hours a day via our online booking system, Systmonline. If you have already registered for this service then sign in or see details of how to register.
Routine Appointments
Can be booked with the doctor or nurse of your choice by phone, online or in person.
Urgent Appointments
Emergency appointments will be booked with the first available doctor at the first available time. Emergency appointments are limited and used for acute illnesses which can not wait for the next routine appointment. Reception may ask some questions regarding the urgency of the appointment for the doctor to assess beforehand.
Home Visits
Are offered to those patients who are too ill to come to the surgery or those who are housebound. Home visit requests may be assessed by a telephone consultation first.

Non-urgent advice: We are fortunate that the majority of our patients attend the surgery on time for their appointment.
If, for any reason, you expect to be late for your appointment with either a doctor or nurse, we would appreciate a telephone call so we can let the clinician know.
If you attend for an appointment more than ten minutes late with no prior warning, you will be asked to rebook your appointment with the clinician. This is to ensure our doctors and nurses run on time as much as possible.
