Our Practice is always eager to hear the opinions of our patients and we are fortunate enough to have an active Patient Group who are willing to conduct surveys to find out what our patients think of the service we provide at Bramcote Surgery.
Our latest Patient Survey was conducted in February 2016:
Every three months, members of our CCG's Patient Reference Group telephone all Practices in the CCG to measure:
- Availability of Appointments (We aim to provide a non-urgent appointment within 3 working days)
- Time taken to answer the telephone
- Attitude and helpfulness of Reception Staff
This Mystery Shopper exercise began in 2014 and we have met the standards every time.
