Every three months, members of our CCG Patient Reference Group telephone all Practices in the CCG to measure:
- Availability of Appointments (We aim to provide a non-urgent appointment within 3 working days)
- Time taken to answer the telephone
- Attitude and helpfulness of Reception Staff
This Mystery Shopper exercise began in 2014 and we have met the standards every time.
You can view the latest report relating to the September 2016 exercise. We were one of two practices (total of twelve Practices in the CCG) who were able to offer appointments within three days. We also received very positive comments about the professionalism and helpfulness of our Reception team.
